Public sector procurement should be fair, open and consistent and comply with the Wales Procurement Policy Statement. In March 2016, the Value Wales team within Welsh Government launched the Supplier Feedback Service (SFS) to support improvements in public sector procurement in Wales.

The SFS provides a channel for buyers and suppliers to feedback on procurement, to have their questions answered and get clear guidance on procurement rules, regulations and policy. This session is open to anyone involved in public sector procurement who would like to find out more about the scope of the SFS.
